Generate Reports Quickly and Accurately

An outstanding feature of ESLogix Premier is the agent reporting tool. Sales agents can generate reports of daily, weekly or monthly activities and send it automatically to a designated fax or email address. Managers can tabulate regular results and provide closing-ratios and statistical data to measure if sales campaigns are working or if it needs adjustment and fine-tuning. Three-dimensional and two-dimensional color charts and bar graphs summarize all reports in a visual fashion so that managers and supervisors can easily compare actual performance outputs against set quotas.  

Create Quotes on the Fly     

With ESLogix Premier creating quotations is easy. First, you have to establish your price tables in the ESLogix database. After that, everything is a "walk in the park". Generating quotes is as easy as choosing the product/s, putting in the exact quantity and sending the quote for approval. The built-in approvals module automates the receiving of requests and the sending of digitally approved quotes. Once approved, quotes can then be sent through email or printed out for personal delivery.

 

Manage Accounts Proactively

ESLogix Premier Accounts Manager is a powerful console that gives you a birds-eye-view of the active status of all managed accounts. Lead Organization, opportunities, lost, won and pending accounts as well as top ten key accounts based on revenue, area, product or new customer breakthroughs are in an all in one command console.

Collect Leads Automatically

One of the most valuable features of ESLogix Premier is the Leads Collector. Because communications is integrated within the ICBS framework, SE.Logix Premier capitalizes on open channel communications to generate and collect leads from web or email inquiries by monitoring header content. Another way of gathering possible leads is through telephone interviews and surveys using IVR or a callback feature that collect responses and interests via voice and touchtone inputs. These leads are sent automatically as an email attachment or appended to your leads table as candidate leads or "lead-probables".
