The IMX DialCore Soft Console is a standalone version of the Core Telephony Extensions Display or CoreTex and is designed especially for enterprises with helpdesks agents or telephone attendants who need to route and manage voice traffic within the corporate network. The newly designed java-based soft console offers more status panels compared to CoreTex and can monitor all types of SIP UA's including SIP hard phones. In comparison, CoreTex can only monitor softphones incorporated in the ICMS platform.
Incorporate Panel-Based BLF's
Busy Lamp Field indicators in conventional telephony systems are LED-based and often times embedded with expensive hardware such as a direct station-select console of DSS. It highlights extensions that are idle, in use or on hold so that attendants can make decisions based on visual confirmation of the status of a particular extension. The IMX DialCore offers more flexibility in that it allows attendants to see not only the status but also the user details and type of session, whether a conference or a chat session, a particular extension is engaged in.
Ensure Accurate Call Delivery
With IMX DialCore calls won't get lost. The IMX DialCore panel is designed to support as many extensions viewable 49 panels at a time. It offers a "refer" functionality which is a modified transfer feature that is automatically mapped to department attendants, secretaries or specially designated extensions. With DialCore you can view all SIP UA's by extension number, department or location. The IMX DialCore has a built-in softphone and chat console.
